The Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites (1800 Wellington Avenue)

 The annual event will take place in the ballroom at the Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites. We have capacity for up to 100 members at the event and we can support an unlimited amount of number online, as this will be a hybrid event. Check-in will occur in the Hilton lobby starting at 8:30a.m. and the event will run from 9:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. with lunch provided for all registered members.

Members at Large: please note attendance is voluntary, members are welcome to register for the special zoom link which will be moderated during the event and allow you to vote on formal proceedings the day of May 8th. General members are not endorsed to make reimbursement claims to the RTAM office. Chapter President's will have a formal invitation sent to them from the RTAM Board of Directors, which describes parameters for claims in 2024.

 

AGM Documents 2024

Documents for this year's Annual General Meeting are separated into two categories: Pre-Event Registrations and Nominations and Annual General Meeting Files. The pre-event registrations and nominations will help you prepare for the event, nominate people for awards, ensure you are registered for your correct pathway (in-person or online) and allow you to nominate yourself or others for the Board of Directors or RTAM Committees. The AGM files will be documents related to the AGM which our members need ahead of time to aid them in voting at the AGM (documents such as bylaw and policy updates, audit reviews, budgets etc.).
