The Government of Nunavut, Department of Education and Regional School Operations is hiring, for the 2018-2019 school year, full time, indeterminate and term positions in the following categories:

  • Elementary Teacher (Primary Grades)
  • Middle School Generalist Teacher
  • High School Generalist Teacher
  • Principal
  • Vice Principal
  • Learning Coach
  • Student Support Teacher

Programming is delivered primarily in Inuktitut and English. Nunavut's 44 schools are public schools focused on improving literacy outcomes for all students and also ensuring students' learning experiences are culturally relevant and respectful.

Applicants must have, at minimum, a B.Ed recognised in Canada and a Teaching Certificate in good standing from a Canadian educational jurisdiction.
