The City of Winnipeg’s Fit Together Pass offers reduced rates for fitness services at City of Winnipeg recreation facilities. As retired teachers, all our members are considered past City of Winnipeg employees and are able to access membership discounts to programs, pools and gyms.
With a number of aquatic facilities and leisure centres throughout Winnipeg, RTAM members can enjoy the flexibility to exercise when and where it is convenient.
Available Benefits
There are two different types of passes available for corporate groups like RTAM:
- Facility passes can be used for general admission during public hours at any City of Winnipeg aquatic facility or leisure centre. These facilities offer a variety of amenities including pools, whirlpools, saunas, indoor tracks, weight rooms, cardio equipment and fitness areas. Amenities vary by facility.
- Active living passes offer all the benefits of the Facility Pass, as well as any City of Winnipeg drop-in Active Living class. There are a number of aqua-fitness and fitness classes to choose from.
These passes can be purchased for either six months or one year.
More Information
Individuals (including retirees) can go to any City of Winnipeg aquatic facility or leisure centre or 395 Main St. with proof of employment/association (i.e., a letter on RTAM letterhead that states your full name and verifies you are a retiree, employee or member).
Individuals can also sponsor family members or friends at the same rate. They must complete a sponsorship form, available by emailing the city or visiting any City of Winnipeg aquatic facility or leisure centre.
