Benefits Committee

The Benefits Committee’s job is to review all benefits plans with belairdirect (formerly Johnson Inc.) for content and member costs on an annual basis.

Each year, belairdirect (formerly Johnson) provides data on the costs associated with these respective benefits plans and recommends terms of payment for each plan for the following year. Naturally, RTAM strives to keep costs stable for the ensuing year.
